Bridge crashes on launch

I am trying to install adobe bridge. I downloaded the installer but when I click on it, it opens but then immediately closes again. I have followed all the instructions in this article  Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel but nothing worked. I have also tried installing directly through this page https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/bridge?promoid=791Y6S1X&mv=other but that doesn't work either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Bridge is what is crashing. The problem is that there IS no error. Creative cloud opens but it looks like this. The bridge installer opens, bounces once at the bottom of the screen and then closes again but the system does not seem to be registering that a crash has occurred.

Jaycee.2792, sorry that you continue to face errors with the installation of Adobe Bridge.  What version of Bridge are you installing?  If you are installing Bridge CC then what happens when you begin the installation within the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application as discussed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps​?

Jaycee.2792, what other Adobe software is installed on the computer?  What operating system are you attempting to install Adobe Bridge on?

Exactly the same thing happens when I try to download through the creative cloud desktop app. It opens and then crashes.

The only other adobe software I have installed is photoshop and it is on MacOs High Sierra version 10.13.4

Jaycee.2792, what is crashing Adobe Bridge or the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?  Can you post a screenshot of the current error?  I would also recommend reviewing the install log for any relevant errors.
