Can I use Photoshop CS6 installed on my desktop after CC plan cancellation?

I purchased and installed Adobe Web Premium several years before. This bundle includes Photoshop CS6. Last year I worked on a project for a client and signed up for Adobe CC Photography plan that includes Photoshop CC and Lightroom. I had to cancel Photography plan subscription but my Web Premium CS6 applications are not accessible now. Every time, when I try to click on my Photoshop CS6 application, I get a CC popup, demanding to continue CC Photography plan. Does that mean that I cannot use my Web Premium applications any longer? It was an expensive bundle.

WikVerto we continue to refine the underlying technology used with Adobe software titles in the Creative Cloud releases.  Even after removal these updated components will continue to be installed.

To completely remove the upgraded components please make sure to completely remove all installed Adobe software titles.  Once you have run all available uninstallers then download and run the CC Cleaner Tool available at Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

If you need a fresh copy of the Creative Suite 6 installation files they are available at Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.  Once reinstalled you will then have the version of these shared components included with Creative Suite 6.

I tried all kids of different solutions mentioned above but it ended up by reinstallation of Web Premium CS6 pack. I launched my Photoshop CS6 and this is what I see again..

I checked my Adobe Account and CS6 Design and Web Premium is under my products and my Serial Number is there. What else can I do about that?! I have CC Free membership plan..

WikVerto did you run the uninstallers followed by downloading and running the CC Cleaner Tool?  You should be given the option to enter a serial number if you do not have an active Creative Cloud membership.  If you are not getting that option then it is likely that some of the shared components were not removed prior to reinstallation.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the steps listed in message #1.  Also I would recommend reviewing the thread John referenced in message #2 for more information on how to remove all Adobe software and installed the shared components provided with Creative Suite 6.

Read Cloud takes over https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2089127 for some ideas (see reply #1)

-includes information on how to stop the update manager and/or Cloud from running at startup

-above is for Windows, but may help with ideas for Mac
