Can't uninstall Creative Cloud (or any of its programs)

Okay so to begin with you need to know the creative cloud desktop app has never worked propelry for me.
I got CC whilst at university and the first day I installed CC, installed Illustrator, InDesign, etc and everything was fine but once I turned my PC on the next day CC only offered the option of "install" any of these programs.
So whenever I needed to run them I had to launch from elsehwere on my pc and sometimes do a quick fix before hand with adobe application manager (I think this is what its called?).

Anyway I no longer have CC because I finished my course and I'm trying to clean up my PC and uninstall these programs I can't use. But I can't

I've run the CC cleaner tool, I've tried through Control Panel and I've tried just straight up deleting the folders. Nothing is getting rid of them.

When I search my hard drive for "adobe" I  get 1227 items show up and so many of these were created today things are just getting worse.

Hi Sizzlebiscuits,

Could you please share the OS version that you are using, so that we may assist you appropriately? I would also like to know which folders have your tried to delete manually.

As you have mentioned, you have already tried to use cleaner tool. I would like to know if you have uninstalled all the applications before using Control Panel and do you have any Creative Suite installed on your machine, like CS6?

Thanks.

I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium.
I never had the creative cloud desktop app because it kept breaking for me so I reinstalled it to try to see if I could press uninstall through that but it only had "try" as an option. so I just had to try it via Cpntrol Panel.

No I don't have any thing else installed, or at least I shouldn't because its only Creative Cloud I've used.

I just tried searchign adobe and deleting ones that related to photoshop, illustrator or indesign as thats what I had installed.
