can't upgrade my plan

Hello all,

Currently i'm using the free version, but i want to upgrade to photography.

I did have an student version till last February.

Now when i want to upgrade i get a message stating; You already have the photographymembership (20GB) as part of your Creative Cloud All Apps Membership (Annual Membership, Monthly Payment).

So now i have the free version but can't upgrade.

did someone else had the same problem?

Or am i doing something wrong?

Can anyone advise what I should do.

you should check your account to see what you have because that message indicates it is not a trial subscription.
