Cannot Download Adobe SVE 3.03 for Windows 98-XP.

Hi. I cannot download Adobe SVG 3.03 Windows 98-XP. This is the error message I get,

Not Found

The requested URL /pub/adobe/magic/svgviewer/win/3.x/3.03/en/SVGView.exe was not found on this server.

I have tried 3 different browsers Edge, IE11 and Chrome. I'm running on Windows 10 Home. I have two other laptops also on W10 that use Adobe SVG 3.03 98-XP so I know my operating system is not the issue. Is Adobe's website having any issues?

always, but downloads of old versions of adobe software have been gradually removed over the past few years.
