cannot download purchased Lightroom cc
i used Lightroom trial version before but after purchased , it said my computer cannot meet system requirements.
Why I can use trial version but cannot use purchased version ?

As you have mentioned you are getting an error that your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run the latest Lightroom CC, please let us the know your computer's operating system and its version.
There are two versions of Lightroom, one is Lightroom CC and the other is Lightroom Classic CC. You get access to both these apps with your subscription.
You may review the system requirements for these below, and download the the one which is compatible with your machine:
