CC says Windows updates are required (Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing ) but when I download the windows update, it doesn't go anywhere from "Searching for updates on this computer..."-does anybody have the same problem?
Alicel11907343 if you are facing difficulties applying the required update to Windows 8.1 then please contact Microsoft or your computer manufacturer. You will need to have the required operating system updates installed to download and install Adobe applications.
