Configuration error 5 on After Effects CC

Hi, since two weeks I am struggling with the Configuration Error 5 at startup of After Effects CC. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, used CC Cleaner Tool, tried to install from a different user and so on. Nothing helps. I need advice.

I am on an iMac with i7 and Nvidia 780M with 4 GB VRam. OSX 10.9.3

Have you asked other program users in that forum? After Effects

No, I saw that at least another user had this problem, but I couldn't follow the suggested solution, because I didn't find the files mentioned there on my system. It should be a problem of user-permissions somewhere...

Do I have to open a new discussion in the After Effects Forum? Or can someone here redirect my question to this forum?

By now no answers, so I really need help by Adobe Staff. I tried again to deinstall/clean ALL CC-Software, but no new results afterwards. Still getting this weird and not helpful error-message and then After Effects quits.
