Contact customer support - mission impossible

Hello, trying to pay a subscription, I get an email with the following message:

"We’re unable to process your order, Andrei.

We appreciate your recent order; however, we regret that we are unable to process the transaction. At this time, you have not been charged and your order has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience."

When I tried to use the phone number from the email (Romania – Marea Britanie: 0207 365 0735) I had no success (when I call nothing happened and after 20 sec of waiting the phone disconnects).

The phone number form here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html is inaccessible form Romania (!!!).

Page https://helpx.adobe.com/ro/contact/support.html returns an error (see bellow - Something went wrong. Try again ...  - I have tried with different browsers from different computers).

I write the same message to the Adobe Romania Facebook page but no one answers.

There are other ways to contact you mighty Adobe? Travelling pigeons? Smoke signals?

I try to buy something from you ...

Thank you

Hi, I have the same problem.

My order for AE: ADB051834010AP, won't go through.

After reviewing for 24 hrs I receive the response, " we are unable to process your order at this time".

I am not sure why this is and I have been unable to contact Adobe support, chat is closed and I can't get through on the number provided.

There is no information as to why the order was cancelled in my account or order history.

Can anyone help me?!

Thanks

Cordelia
