creativcloud application manager friert immer ein

hallo ich habe einen neuen iMac. die kreative cloud könnt problemlos installiert werden. nur die Programme starten nicht.

der aapplication manger friert immer eine. alles komplett deinstalliert, oobe Ordner geleert, cleaner tool verwendet, neu installiert

gleiches Ergebnis. Programm startet nicht Application Manager friert ein

was läuft da falsch. es ist eine zweitinstallation

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
