Creative Cloud Apps won't open

Hi I'm not sure if this has been answered or not, but I seem to have a problem with Creative Cloud desktop version.

I am working on a Windows 7 desktop with an Nvidia graphics card. I have had Creative Cloud work before on my other workstation, an Acer Windows 7 laptop, and it worked completely fine on that laptop. I'm not sure if you can share the programs across 2 PCs, but I was able to get it to work the first time I installed the software on to the new desktop computer, but after a few adjustments in the new computer and uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud; Photoshop or any other programs that I use for work are not opening at all. When I click on them it looks like it is thinking, but it never executes the action. The mouse just circles for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I have checked to see if it is in the task manager and have repeatedly uninstalled the programs and reinstalled the program but to no avail. I have looked at some similar problems on the forums and tried their troubleshooting answers, but they have not solved the problem. I even reinstalled the operating system for my graphics card to make sure that the computer could handle the software for creative cloud. I do not have firewall issues and I really have no idea what could be causing this.

Please help! I hope this isn't a big issue. because I really need to have these programs working again for my work!

Thank you so much!

Correct answer MaydayMarshall

Okay so I figured it out. I apparently had been logged in to Creative Cloud on my laptop and Desktop, but not until I pulled out my graphics card and reinstalled Creative Cloud and Photoshop did I find this out. Once I clicked open on Photoshop a pop-up warning said that I was logged on multiple devices and allowed me to disconnect from all devices. After I fixed that I reinstalled my graphics card and have no problems.

Just a simple beginner problem solved.
