creative cloud desktop app spinning wheel.

desktop app not letting me log in. throwing me in circles.

does this

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel

then i re-download it and it gives me a pop up when im downloading that says i must download creative cloud in order to open it.

and i have to do the whole process again but it never works!

Asdgdfgdfgadfg I would recommend you begin by installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application in an alternate web browser.  It is likely the settings, add-ons, or extensions installed in the current web browser is preventing the installation.  You can find complete details regarding the download and installation process at Download and install Creative Cloud apps​.
