Creative Cloud update failed error code 509

Microsoft surface 7 c: drive Drive type: NTFS

The error link doesn't help because it is installing on the correct (ie. NTFS) drive. Any ideas? Photoshop and Lightroom opened without any problems so far...

Thanks for the reply. Everything is on the c: drive which is NTFS, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Photoshop and lightroom seem to be running fine. I still get an error that says "Creative Cloud update failed" refering me to that error code 509 page Dean_Utian recommended.
