Creative Cloud won't update

Creative Cloud says it is installing update but it just sits there at 0% - for several days now! Obvioulsy can't uninstall it since it is what controls all the other applications.

HELP!!

I have the same problem as OP. I've clicked on the link for Windows and see tons of other links. What do I do with them? Which one(s) do I click on? All of them??
