CS6 download?

My computer crashed and I had to buy a new one.  I have Photoshop CS6 on disk but my new computer doesn't have a disk drive. In order to save the time and cost of buying an external disk drive, can someone tell me if/where I can go to download CS6 to my new computer?

    Download from Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

    Install then enter your serial number.

    I am not getting any joy from downloading CS6. I am plugged in with an internet cable but the download stops at about 1.7 Gigs and when I click on Resume download it says that I don't have permission access...(can't read the rest). What is the resolution for this matter please?
