I have just scrapped two old computers which had Photoshop Elements installed. Trying to run the programme on new PC, get error message telling me serial number reached maximum and I need to deactivate on other machines. As these are now scrapped and recycled, how can I deactivate so can run on new machine? Direct suppot on Adobe site seems impossible to contact.

Try deactivating from the account page

If it does not help then you will need to contact support. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
