Hello everyone,

Before writing this I took the time to research online, but no luck.

I just decided to buy the photographers package of CC. Downloaded the installer and moved forward with the installation, used my Adobe ID to log in and got the error:

"Download error! Unable to reach adobe servers. Please check your internet connectivity, firewall settings, and try again."

I don't use firewall or any antivirus and there is no port forwarding at my internet connection.

The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, Running Mavericks 10.9.5. I have fully uninstalled CC installer using App Cleaner. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences  moved those .plists away for another clean install but no success.

Any help will be greatly appreciated it.

Thank you for all your help in advance.

    Hi Mohit,

    Thank you for the link, but this was driving me nuts and taking me too long to figure it out. So I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with an new install of OSX.

    That resolved the issue.

    Thank you everyone for your input!

    Check the HOSTS file for any reference to Adobe and or Adobe.com. Remove any if they are there.

    Hi Just Shoot Me,

    Thank you for the reply, I have check my Host file under the Hidden /etc but there isn't any thing about Adobe or Adobe.com

    this is what it looks like:

    ##

    # Host Database

    #

    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface

    # when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.

    ##

    127.0.0.1 localhost

    255.255.255.255 broadcasthost

    ::1             localhost

    fe80::1%lo0 localhost

    Thank you,
