    Correct answer kglad

I'm downoading Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium MAC

when finish I have a .zip folder, what is next? what I need to do to install? I'm not familiar with Mac system, do you have a tutorial?

i'm not sure where you're getting that file but if you have the correct dmg files you should be able to mount them:

    http://www.ofzenandcomputing.com/how-to-install-dmg-files-mac/

if one of your dmg files fails to mount correctly, re-download from prodesigntools:

if you follow all 7 steps, you can dl a trial via one of the links on this page:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem.

What is your OS , we need full version of Mac ?

What are the file extension of the downloaded file and from where have you downloaded these files?

What is the exact error message?

    Apologies for replying late.

Select a dmg file, CMD+I, and see what it says for Open with. If it's not DiskImageMounter.app, then click on the drop-down menu, select Other, select your HD from the drop-down menu and navigate to System/Library/CoreServices and select it and click the Change All button. Now try to mount it.

If incase the above step doesn't work then the chances is the file is corrupt , may be becuase of failed download , hence re-download and check.
