Error code 194:8 while trying to deactivate Adobe CS 5 Design Premium

Hi,

 

My company have 4 licenses of Adobe CS 5 Design premium, running on macs with macOS Sierra/High Sierra. recently we`ve aquired new macs and we are trying to deactivate the licenses on the old computers (we are sure the new machines can run those old applications, before this question pops up), but we face a warning that says "Deactivation was not succesful. Please try again" and the error code #194:8.

 

What can we do to solve this?
