Hi,

I'm trying to do the latest update, however it keeps failing.

I keep getting error code 301 each time I try to update,

Can anyone help?

uninstall all reader versions/plugins.

uninstall acrobat versions (using the control panel for non-cc versions and using the cc app for cc versions)

restart your computer

install acrobat dc

That sounds like hours of work for a problem that's not of my doing. Is Adobe going to compensate me with perhaps a free month's subscription?
