Error Code P81 - wont complete install

I cannot get CC to install. It is probably becasue I have downloaded and attempted to install too many times over the past 16 hours.  I am using a MAC and feel like I need to uninstall and start over but don't know how to do that.

    Connor, Error 81 occurs because another instance of the installer is running.  Please reboot the computer and then try the install again by using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html.  For more information on Error 81 see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error81.
