Error installing Adobe Univers Font

I purchased the Univers font family from Adobe and when I try to install it one computer I receive the error message: "Cannot install UniversLTStd*.otf. The file does not appear to be a valid font."

The fonts were purchased and downloaded from Adobe about a month ago. The fonts appeared to install on the other CPU in our department, but FrameMaker cannot find the fonts and FM gives me this error message:

The "Univers LT Std 45 Light" Font is not available.

  "UniversLTStd-Light" will be used in this session.

The font appears in the Fonts control panel and on the fonts list for other programs, Adobe and Microsoft.

Running 64-bit Window 7 Enterprise.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
