Error Code 113

Hey guys. I have a problem. I bought Adobe creative cloud and I allways get the error code 113 when i try to install a programm. Can you please help me? Im so desperated, because i formatted my entire pc and i dont know whats wrong with it. On my fathers laptop everything is working but on my pc i allways get this errorcode. Please help me 😞

      Isnt working. I give Adobe 1 week to help me with my porblem otherwise i will terminate the contract.
