Ik wil PS openen en krijg bericht dat CC moet bijgewerkt worden (update installeren), waarna foutcode 1002 "kan CC bureaublad niet bijwerken. Dit was gisteren ook al zo. Ik werk met Windows 7 home premium. Heeft er iemand een oplossing hiervoor?

Please refer to the following link : "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

If this doesn't help please uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the uninstaller :  Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Install and Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

After this sign in and check.

Yes it helps. The reason of failure was that CC was opened on another PC of

me, with the same account. I had to sign out there, to uninstal CC on the

PC where I want to use CC now, and then to reinstall CC.
