Hi there,

I recently got a new computer and now trying to install Premiere Pro CC.

I've just bought PP CC but when I try to download from the Adobe site I get this message:

"This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Premiere Pro. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for Premiere Pro."

I'm running this computer:

Processor  2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory  16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics  Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Serial Number  C02NC7VEG3QD

Software  OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)

Has run previous versions of Premiere. Not sure why I'm not allowed / can't download.

I'm having to edit from home and have a deadline tomorrow, so any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

that os is too old.  you must have 10.10 or better for the latest premiere pro.

upgrade to the current 10.12.  apple offers that upgrade free.

Hey I'm having the same problem at the moment, I currently have 10.10.5 and Mac OS extended and its still not letting me download the trial where do I go from here?

Is there something else I should be modifying?

I have the same problem. I'm using a Retina iMac. i7 with an AMD Radeon R9 Graphics chip and 8Gig of memory. It is still telling me that my system has not got the right requirements. Where can you possibly go from there?

I had premeire pro cc 2017 installed and working on my mac yesterday. I then got a massage saying that the app might be corrupted and should be reinstalled. So I uninstalled it and went to reinstall, however now I’m getting the “ this computer does not meet the requirement“ which is makes No sense. What do I do?!
