I understand from the instructions stated inside the boxthat I need to complete the order fulfillment process with the following:Access to internet Current email addressThe coupon code printed at the front of the bookletA digital copy of my proof of eligibilityI contacted the livechat but the support staff kept asking me for product/redemption code which I don't have and it was not stated inside the instructions provided Adobe. Hi,

I purchased a Adobe Creative Suite 5 Web premium (Student and Teacher edition) quite some time back but didn’t
install until now. I understand from the instructions stated inside the box
that I need to complete the order fulfillment process with the following:

Access to internet
Current email address
The coupon code printed at the front of the booklet
A digital copy of my proof of eligibility

I contacted the livechat but the support staff kept asking me for product/redemption code which I don't have and it was not stated inside the instructions provided Adobe. I only have the coupon code. Is there any way to solve this issue?

William I am sorry but if you never completed the redemption process then it will not be possible for you to complete the process at this time. The Student and Teacher editions for Creative Suite have been completely discontinued.

If you completed the redemption process, at the time or purchase, then the serial number will be registered under your account as suggested by John. For complete details on how to locate registered serial numbers see Find your serial number.

That is 6 year old software, and you MAY be past the time limit for getting a serial number... the links below are what I have... if you don't find what you need in these links, I'm not sure if Adobe will still provide any support for such old software
