I own a creative suite design standard 6 for the last 3 years . it works beautifully and  I am a photographer . Today for an unknown reason I get the pop up when I try to open my Photoshop . The pop up says to download a new application manager . I have tried everything to open the application . Impossible !!!!!It work well 2 days ago as I post-processed some images .

Went on the site and not sure what I am supposed to do . Very frustrated as I miss a deadline for competition . I spoke to someone but refuse to help me as I am not in title for a phone call . He spends 3 minutes to tell me that he cannot answer my question. I have to go on Chat !!!

By the way I tried in June to get the Photoshop CC with Lightroom. For some reasons I got a corrupted one and my Mac was going biserk . I cancel the whole thing and clean up every link attached to it !!

Thanks Hopefully someone can tell me what to do

I read the info and there is nothing significant to what my problem is . I do not have CC on my mac and I do not want it !  I just want to be able to use the CS6 Creative suite as before . The pop up freeze the application photoshop as soon as I want to open it.  Please just answer my question;  This pop up tells me to go to application manager

    Message :

Adobe Application Manager , required to verify your license, is missing or damaged.

Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http//www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager

If I click ok . Photoshop stop trying to open !

I own and pay for the CS6, I should be able to use it !  I do not want the CC  and I am not the only photographer that do not want it .

What do I do to get rid of this pop up ! I need to work !

Read Cloud takes over https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2089127 for some ideas (see reply #1)

-includes information on how to stop the update manager and/or Cloud from running at startup

-above is for Windows, but may help with ideas for Mac
