Good day! On August 1, 2017, I bought a Creative Cloud plan for photographers for the year, now I want to cancel the subscription, because I do not use your program. But nowhere in my account do not see the possibility to cancel the subscription. There is no way to contact your technical support, there are no contacts where I could send my request. ABambo! Thank you very much for your responsiveness! But in my version, just missing the choice of chat or phone. There is simply no such option. Where can I write to cancel my subscription? I've been trying to solve this problem for 3.5 hours. When I bought and paid for the plan, everything worked quickly and clearly.

I've asked Adobe to step in and to contact you. You will get a message either here or private from an Adobe staff member. Be sure that they are clearly marked "STAFF" and have the Adobe logo with their name.

Beware!!! I signed up for monthly payments to an annual subscription and Adobe tried to make me pay £100 cancellation fee after using the software for jsut one month. They do not make it clear AT ALL when you sign up that there will be a cancellation fee nor as to how much it would be. No other software subscription does this. It's absolutely absurd. The first person I spoke to about this had exactly the same experience with Adobe. Sort this out Adobe - you can't rope people into a year's worth of monthly payments with just a couple of clicks. It costs you absolutely nothing to cancel someone's subscription - it's a vertiable scam!
