I was hoping that Rush would have a lower cost for those who already pay the "photographic" plan. I will continue to use Photoshop for movies. Hello from Sergio Vannucci

The Premiere Pro single app plan includes Premiere Rush — both are for editing video.

In the other link I sent, you can download Rush for free and have three exports, which will give you a chance to see if it’s better than Photoshop for editing video.
