How to install Photoshop 10?

I am not sure how long ago I purchased adobe photoshop 10, but i am not able to open it. i wanted to reinstall and I wonder if I am even able to, is it too old of a program? i have the serial number but when i open the discs i see language, but not really any icon that you click and it starts installing or asking me any place to add serial number. Just wondering if this product is supported anymore. Ellen
