Hi there...

a lot excuses for my bad English 🙂

I bought Photoshop Elements / Premiere Elements at Amazon 2 days ago. Today I tried to install it on my new Macbook, it have no DVD unit, so I copied the files to a SD-Card and put this into the Mac and started to install. The Process asked for the Adobe-ID, I logged in and then typed the serial number. It asked for the volume and started to install. After that it stopped and noticed, that there was a mistake at the Checkup for Original Software and says, that my Product is NOT original. Is this in reason of the copy to the SD Card, or is this real piracy? Any thoughts about it?

Thank you for the help...

if you're using the installation files, there should be no problem.

    Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
