    Hi Jesse,

    Welcome to Adobe Community.

    Please check the mentioned link to confirm if your system is compatible with Photoshop or not.Although Vista is not compatible with Photoshop CC but previous versions may work .

    If you are using a previous version of PS , please use the download link/DVD available with you .
