May I know the steps to start off?

I have bought the below purchase.

And I have got the below information from the purchase.

• VIP order no.
• VIP ID
• Sold-to Purchase Order
• Reseller Purchase ORder
• End User Purchase Order / Purchase Authorization
• End User ID
• End User Oragnization
• Deploy to ID
• Deply to Org Name
