I am receiving error code 1000

I keep getting the following error message.

We've encountered the following issues:

Creative Cloud desktop failed to install. (Error Code:1000)

Hi cindy.mccasland ,

We get this error when the installer is kept on the network drive. If it is then move the installer to the local drive and try again it should work fine.

Also make sure that you are the administrator of the machine on which you are installing the application.
