Hi I am trying to download creative cloud onto my desktop but it wont install giving me an error kernel32.dll

What can i do if I have purchased Adobe Premiere Pro CC for year subscription, but couldn't install Creative Cloud because of the mentioned error in kernel32.dll?

I guess the error message kernel32.dll indicating some issues related to OS.  Make sure you are having the minimum system requirements to run Premiere Pro CC ( Windows 7  Service Pack 1 or later 64 bit )

Kernell32.dll is an important OS I/O Memory management system file .  Are you getting error message like Kernel32.dll missing or not found??

Run System File Checker command once and check:

or you may try downloading Kernel32.dll file and paste it on to below mentioned location :

C:\Windows\System32

Creative Cloud apps are compatible only with Windows 7 or above versions.

You may upgrade OS to Windows 7 or above.

Let us know the system configuration  like Processor , Motherboard chipset number , RAM , Graphics card memory , so that we can suggest OS version like Windows 7 or 8.1 or Windows 10.

I recommend to go for Windows 10 , if the system has required configuration .

For Upgrading  , you need to erase existing OS version and re-format the system with fresh new latest OS.

You may also check with Microsoft Support for better recommendations .
