I'm trying to download the desktop apps, but it says' You are running an operating system that Lightroom no longer supports. My MacBook Pro is 2010. Is there something I can do or update to be able to use the latest CC elements?

Robertocr8 what version of Mac OS are you using on your 2010 MacBook Pro?  You can find the system requirements for the Adobe Creative applications included with a Creative Cloud membership at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

Robertocr8 if you go to the Apple Menu the first item will be About This Mac.  When you open this window what operating system and processor does it say that you are using on your MacBook Pro?
