I need a serial number for Lightroom 4

Hi. I need a serial number for Lightroom 4 to install Lightroom 5 on my new Mac Book Pro. I bought Lightroom 5 upgrade in december 1913 online and had an email conversation with Adobe Sales Manager, who accepted my lack of serial number for no 4 (The original invoice of the first Lightroom 4 was 24. 12. 2012.). In the membership page all the serial numbers om my different adobe cc-programs have their respective number - but Lightroom 4 is blank... What to do?

You need to contact Adobe Support, but you might find that they are not willing to provide the support you need if it is a matter of you having lost track of your serial number.

Thanks for your input. I have tried to get in touch with Support for two days. The chat option is closed but I will try again tomorrow. So far, I cannot use the product I paid for.

They don't work weekends, but later on Sunday I think they open for business in their foreign locations.
