When i try downloading and opening any Adobe app it says i dont have MSVCP140.dll and also VCRUNTIME140.dll, please help me

Update Windows and get the latest Visual C++ runtime.

While you're at it, you should confirm that your system meets or exceeds the Creative Cloud system requirements before you install.
