Installer Shows Blank Screen

Hi,

I just tried to install Adobe Audition and when I tried to install it, the installer came up with a blank screen and stayed like that.

I've looked at similar problems on the forums but the difference with mine is that I've already successfully downloaded and installed

premiere pro and after effects.

Has anyone got a solution?

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

    and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.
