But, no, Adobe and Macromedia never made their stuff free (unless it was originally free). A lot of sites lie about this to encourage you to be software pirates, without caring about the trouble you could get into.

Or worse, they entice you with free software that's infected with malware. Both you and your computer are then compromised. It's not worth the risks.
