Techgnome you can find the system requirements to utilize Creative Cloud applications at System requirements | Adobe Creative Cloud.  You are welcome to bookmark the page to be kept up to date with any changes.

I am not aware of any plans to rewrite our applications to work under Linux.  I would recommend installing one of the operating systems currently supported if you wish to utilize Adobe Creative software.

Please. PLEASE, dear Adobe team members PLEEAASE FINALLY ADD LINUX SUPPORT!

I have a 7 year old computer and Windows 10 simply doesn't work well on this machine. I cannot upgrade the computer for now, and I cannot work with Windows anymore since I have to wait at least 10 seconds for every single mouseclick or sometimes even keystrokes. Many apps crash regularly.

Adobe CC is THE ONLY REASON why I still have to use this OS, while any Linux runs like a charm on this computer, without any problems and with about 5 times the battery lifespan. I really don't understand why you still don't offer Linux versions of Adobe CC. There are so many people requesting this feature. You're ignoring your customers' needs.

If you're not going to provide this feature rather sooner than later, I'll have to end my Adobe CC subscription and use worse but cheaper other apps.

Best regards, thank you.

Occasional requests for Linux support have appeared in these forums for at least the last 10 years. It has never happened yet.

All we can deduce is that Adobe does not forecast a big enough return on investment for such a small market compared to the billions in revenue they are currently getting from the dominant Mac and Windows products.

Adobe Photoshop Express, Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile app,  Adobe Sign, Adobe Experience Manager,  Adobe Fill & Sign, etc...

are supported in chrome os and android os.

See slides from Google Playstore:

That IS linux kernel support right there!!

Old post, so for the sake of ALL FAIRNESS to linux,  I would like to add my share.

Maybe back in 2012 the opinions expressed in this thread might've been somewhat correct.

I've been a linux user and enthusiast  since 1998.

They've always  been, (and still are) options available.

See here:

And since this other thread is locked I would like to merge it here with so those users are not left out:

When do you think we are going to see better linux support? I refuse to update my OS to windows 10 or Mac so I moved to Ubuntu and I love it but Adobe products have many challenges. Is there any hope?
