Mac OS Catalina: Fehler 151 beim Versuch, Photoshop und Indesign zu laden

Hallo allerseits.

Exit Code: 151

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

 - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 1 warnings(s)

FATAL: Error (Code = 151) executing in command 'CreateMacAliasCommand' for package: 'AdobeColorCommonSetRGB_1_0-mul', version:1.1.4

FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeColorCommonSetRGB_1_0-mul Version: 1.1.4). Error code: '151'

WARN: Unable to delete file at "/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Recommended".

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

UPDATE

Es funktioniert. Das ist doch wirklich unglaublich kompliziert. Also:

Here's what did work.

1) Go to the Library (the SYSTEM (!) Library, not the USER Library, which I did first).

2) I trashed the file that was referenced in the 'warning' path of /Library/Colorsync/Profiles/Recommended.

3) After the install the files in the Recommended folder was replaced by an alias pointing to an original with all the correct 'recommended' profiles.

IMPORTANT: Again, go to the SYSTEM (!) Library, not the USER Library!

Hallo, Michael,

Oder was genau war die "file that was referenced in the "warning path"?

LATEST

So here is a step-by-step instruction.

1) Get rid of all the previous Adobe stuff on your computer by using the tool "Creative Cloud Cleaner" (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html#RuntheCreati...)

2) restart

3) If there still is an error 151, see what Adobe CC failed to delete on it's own (have a look into the details of the Error description)

4) Next: Go to the folder /Library/Colorsync/Profiles/

IMPORTANT: To find the folder, type /library into your finder. DO NOT SEARCH FOR "LIBRARY". Otherwise you will be directed to the USER'S LIBRARY. What you need instead is the SYSTEM'S LIBRARY.

5) Delete the file or folder manually, that Adobe is not able to delete.

6) Restart.

7) Everything works.
