Missing Manage Plan link

Hello,

I've been using the Photography plan for about 5 years (the one with 20GB of storage). I wanted to finally upgrade to the Creative Cloud plan ($52 monthly/annual). When I went to purchase it, it provided a warning with two options from which I had to choose before I could continue - "Upgrade My Subscription" and "Buy With a Different Account." Above those options it states "In order to upgrade to a Creative Cloud All Apps, we have to cancel your current Photography plan (20GB) (Annual plan, paid monthly) subscription. Please click below." So I chose "Upgrade.."

But it took me back to my account page with no other option other than to view my plan. I thought perhaps I needed to cancel my current plan, and I did so. However, I still cannot upgrade to the Creative Cloud. The 'robot' in the chat box keeps giving me the same directions - that I need to click "Manage Plan" but that option isn't there.

What do I need to do? Am I missing a simple step somewhere? Because not only do I not have Creative Cloud, my Photoshop plan will end in a month due to my cancellation of it which I thought I had to do.

Contact Customer Care and type "agent" in the chat box.

Post back if you are still in trouble after that.

jonathanu36959746, good evening.
I agree with the above two that you need to contact support.
I would like to explain why this screen appeared.
This error screen appears when there is a conflict between the Photography Plan and All Apps available products.
Even if you cancel the plan on the web, the plan will be valid until the day before the next billing date, and the application will be available.

Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Even if you try to purchase All Apps in this state, the same error occurs because the competitive state has not been resolved.
Since it is complicated that there is a message “You need to cancel”, but it cannot be changed even if you cancel,
I hope to Adobe to change it to “Contact customer support”.

Did you have any success with your issue?
I'm experiencing the same problem.

Log-in to your account below and click the Contact Adobe button towards page bottom.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

You need to cancel one subscription before you order another.  And cancelling early could incur a 50% termination fee unless you can persuade the agent to waive it for you.
