Is anyone having trouble seeing their plan on their account?
I make monthly payments on my creative cloud, the last being 11/24/2017. I'm unable to see the software I'm subscribed for.
Chat services is not getting back to me, is this a site wide problem?
Help! I've got work I need to do and I need to resolve this quickly.

happened to me today. I purchased the plan on Oct 6 2022 paid the amount and now i dont see my plan in my account
