I'm trying to update my Id CC & am getting the Error Code: 1002

Any suggestions before I try support?

Please follow the steps below:

Uninstall CC Desktop App using https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool from here : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Restart your computer

Install Creative Cloud app : https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
