Photoshop CS6 Installation Issue (Windows 7 - 64 bits)

Hi Guys,

I don't get to install Photoshop CS6 Trial in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits,

I have download the trial version from Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.

I don't receive any message error number. It  starts the installation, and in the middle of installation it stops and says "Some of our products was not  installed."
I have tried to install the same version in Vista Home 32 bits and didn't have any issue.

Is there some special requirements for this installation?

Thanks,
Santosbr

    Hi Santosbr,

Kindly uninstall the Creative Suite 6 from your machine completely.

After that, turn of any security software that is installed on your machine along with system Firewall.

Also, kinldy check that you are logged in as an Administrator on your machine.

After this try the installation again, if it still fails then please check the install Log files and analyse them to know the root cause of the issue. See,
