I purchased adobe photoshop elements 15 from a retail outlet today. I tried to register the product on my computer - MacBook Pro. When prompted, I gave the serial number as indicated on the sleeve of one of the DVD's in the package. The other didn't have a serial number. The message I received was that the serial number was invalid; however, it was the only serial number included in the package. As a result, I am not able to download the software. Very frustrating.
Thanks for your help. I reinserted the DVD and the serial number worked!

Downloading is what you do to get a file from an Internet site to your computer... Installing is what you do to have install files put a program on your computer and link it to your operating system... what are you doing... downloading, or installing?
Without posting the numbers, what is the format of what you have?
I think Adobe serial numbers are 6 groups of 4 numbers, but it's been awhile so I'm not 100% sure
