Photoshop elements 6 serial number needed

I have a disk with Photoshop elements 6.  I received this years ago and can't recall the source.  I need the serial number.  The disk has a number below the bar code: *310364900*  Is there a way for me to get the serial number to install?

    if you find a 24 digit number (6 groups of 4 digits) on your pse 6 box, that's the serial number.

    if you registered your software with adobe, you might find the serial number in your account, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

    Thanks for your response, but the basic problem is I do not have the box, and never registered it.
