    What is "Photoshop X3"? I'm not aware that there ever was a version named liek that. If you are referring to older Products such as Photoshop 3.0, Photoshop Elements 3.0 or Any of the PS Album/ Starter versions, then the answer is "No". They are simply too old and not compatible...
