Purchased Creative Cloud Photography Plan Bundle, only Lightroom CC downloading...

Hello everyone,

I have just purchased the Creative Cloud Photography plan but only the Lightroom app appears to be downloading and it is suggesting that i 'TRY' Photoshop CC, even though it is meant to be part of the bundle. My creative cloud account lists Photoshop CC as a previous download, i think this was when my Sister downloaded a cracked version onto my laptop, which i soon after deleted. Any ideas if this has effected my purchase? Does my Creative Cloud account presume i already have Ps and is therefore only downloading the Lightroom part of the bundle?

confirm that your account shows the subscription(s) you expect (and that the adobe id used in the next step is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

then, if it is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used with the above link:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
